Section 2.10
Disposition versions
2.10. The work must be declared on the form provided for that purpose by the Board and be sent to the Board not later than the 20th day of the month that follows the date of the beginning of the work.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $158.47 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $74.56 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $156.13 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $73.46 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $153.96 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $72.44 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $152.03 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $71.53 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $149.55 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $70.36 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $148.16 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $69.70 for each trip.
2.10. For the approval of a gas appliance that cannot be approved by one of the agencies referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.05, the fees are $145.33 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof over and above the first hour and $68.37 for each trip.
